User can enable / disable notifications in Jabber
Checking the availability of the Jabber user when notifications are turned on
Automatically turn off notifications for the user if more than one error occurs in an hour
Note: After installing the add-on, specify the data for the bot that will send messages to users and select the additional field from which the add-on will take the Jabber value
