This Add-On Pack License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between 021 (the "Developer") and the individual or entity accessing the pack of add-ons (the "Donor").
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Add-On Pack License Agreement as of the date first written above.
1. Purpose of the Agreement
The Developer has created a pack of add-ons known as "[021] Chat UI Kit" (the "Add-on Pack") and wishes to provide the Donor with access to use the add-ons from this pack as a gesture of gratitude for their support and contribution through the donation.2. Acceptence of Terms
By gaining access to the Add-On Pack, the Donator explicitly acknowledges and agrees to abide by all individual agreements, licenses, and terms set forth for each specific add-on included in the pack.3. Changes to the Agreement
The Developer reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The Donator's continued use of the any add-ons from the Add-On Pack after any such changes shall constitute their acceptance of the modified Agreement.4. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect unless terminated by the Developer. The Developer may, at their sole discretion, terminate the Donor's access to the Private Add-on at any time without notice.5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Add-On Pack License Agreement as of the date first written above.
