I want to update the add-on I purchased this 3 or 4 months ago and you have updated it since. Each time I click download it comes up with an error

.unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce this error. So far, you are the only one who has encountered this problem.
Have you faced a similar problem anywhere else?

It worked today, so after about a month if this issue it finally got it to download. Not sure what was causing it unless you changed something your way it's all good now.
