[BS] Jabber notifications 1.0.1

Features:

• Duplicate forum alerts to Jabber
• Notifications of new conversations, replies and invites
• Each notification has its own template in the format jabber_{contentType}_{action}
• User can enable / disable notifications in Jabber
• Each server error can be translated (https://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0086.html). E.g. for service-unavailable error phrase will be named jn_error.service_unavailable
• Jabber server error logging
• Checking the availability of the Jabber user when notifications are turned on
• Automatically turn off notifications for the user if more than one error occurs in an hour

Note: After installing the add-on, specify the data for the bot that will send messages to users and select the additional field from which the add-on will take the Jabber value
